This part-time RN position at Providence's PACE program in Gresham involves providing comprehensive nursing care to elderly patients, promoting their health and independence within the community. The role requires assessment, planning, delegation, and supervision of nursing care in accordance with state regulations and nursing best practices. Candidates must hold an Oregon RN license and have preferred experience in home health nursing, with responsibilities including rotating weekend shifts and patient-centered care delivery.

This position will be working 32 hour a week at our Gresham facility.
The Community Care RN provides and supervises professional, independent nursing care for Providence patients. Care is based in the nursing process and is consistent with the Oregon Nurse Practice Act. Applies knowledge of assessing, planning, ordering, giving, delegating, teaching and supervising professional nursing care delivery that promotes patients' optimal health and independence. All Providence professional nursing practice requires a broad range of general nursing knowledge and expertise. In addition, development and validation of knowledge and skills essential to the assigned department, patient population and/or practice area are crucial. This position may be required to rotate through a weekend shift.
