About Us:
Pelican Leisure Sports in Quakertown, PA is a leading retailer of high-quality pools, spas, and outdoor living solutions. We also specialize in patio furniture in the summer season and ski equipment in the winter season. We are currently looking for a Sales Clerk with the ability to work weekends.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and hard-working Sales Clerk to join our team! We need somebody who is able to work Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday . As a sales clerk, you will ring up sales, take payments, and issue receipts. You will also answer calls and transfer them to the proper department. You will provide great customer service by greeting and assisting customers. You may also have to complete small administrative tasks and projects to help the store run smoother.

Responsibilities:

• Greet Customers
• Work the register to ring up sales and complete transactions
• Answer phone calls and transfer them to the correct department
• Maintain an solid knowledge of product inventory to assist customers when needed.

Qualifications:

• Ability to work weekends
• Ability to read, count, write, and communicate clearly and effectively
• Ability to quickly and accurately work a register
• Willingness to work well in a team environment
• Experience with a register or in customer service is ideal
