Restoration Technician Job Details:

Schedule: 7:00 AM-5:00 PM availability, Monday-Friday (8-hour shifts)

• Techs currently receive 40+ hours per week
• On-call rotation: 1 weekday per week, 1 weekend per month

Pay Rate:

• $17/hr: No experience
• $18/hr: Some experience, no certifications
• $20/hr: Experienced with IICRC or similar certifications

Restoration Technician Job Description:

• Perform general labor tasks related to property restoration and clean-up
• Ensure tools and supplies are stocked, functional, and organized
• Assist with water, fire, and mold remediation projects
• Maintain daily records of job progress and site activities
• Provide respectful, professional service when interacting with customers
• Support team with prep and execution of restoration and recovery projects

Requirements:
Restoration Technician Job Requirements:

• Valid driver's license (no driving required during temp period)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods
• Availability for on-call emergency rotations (evenings/weekends as needed)
