Scope/Job Summary
Leads execution of work by defining and implementing operational and/or tactical plans based on function’s strategy and business plans. Specifies new standards, processes, or products. Responsible for the clinical development and knowledge of the O&P customers and sales team within one of the four sales regions. Responsible to develop in depth of knowledge, expertise and ability to effectively demonstrate the full range of products and services. Collaborates with sales team to coordinate and execute training events. Identifies opportunities for current product research, product development and business growth. Responds to technical inquires associated with product returns, concerns and complaints assisting the customer with the solution. Organization and presentation skills are critical for this position.
