Responsibilities

• Support customers and create an emotional connection by representing the adidas brand with enthusiasm.
• Collaborate with the store team to achieve common goals and provide excellent service.
• Maintain knowledge of products, promotions, and store processes to assist customers effectively.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Availability must be flexible and include evenings and weekends.
• Hours are part time and will vary based on business needs.
• You must have or be pursuing a high school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Three to six months of experience in a retail environment is preferred.
• Basic numeracy, literacy, and verbal communication skills required.
• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Physical requirements: ability to talk/hear, stand/walk, use hands, reach, and lift up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally; vision requirements include close, distance, color, peripheral vision and focus adjustment.
