Want to join our team? We have an Immediate Opportunity for a Part-Time Property Manager / Office Manager at our office in Lansing, KS! We're looking for an energetic, detail-oriented, and dependable professional to be our office & property manager for 80+ apartments, commerical space, and single family homes. 25-30 hours / week on average. Leasing

• Ensure property is rented to fullest capacity.
• Show available units to prospective residents
• Represent the company in a professional manner at all the times.
• Complete weekly status reporting.

Financial

• Maintain accurate records of transactions (i.e., rent rolls, delinquency reports, move-in/move-outs, deposit returns, etc.).
• Ensure that all rents and late fees/check charges are collected, posted and deposited in banks in a timely manner.
• Generate necessary legal action, documents and process in accordance with State and Company guidelines.

Administrative

• Follow procedures and systems within company guidelines to ensure orderly, efficient workflow.
• Confirm all leases and corresponding paperwork are completed and input to software system accurately and on a timely basis.
• Ensure current resident files are properly maintained.
• Ensure all administrative paperwork is accurate, complete and submitted on a timely basis.

Resident Retention

• Deal with resident concerns and requests on timely basis to ensure resident satisfaction with management.
• Consistently implement company policies

Maintenance

• Work with ownership to coordinate maintenance schedule and assignments
• Ensure needed repairs are documented for maintenance. This requires regular community inspections and tours.
• Do walk through inspections of vacant units before and after maintenance make ready is done.
• Ensure that all service requests from residents are recorded and communicated appropriately to maintenance.

Essential Job Functions:

• Basic computer skills & familiar with MS Office apps such as Word, Excel.
• Professional demeanor
• On time and Dependable
• Successfully pass a background check.
• Prior property management experience a plus but not required.
