Job Description
We're partnering with a PE-backed manufacturing company that's hiring a Plant Controller to oversee accounting operations for two facilities, one in the Chicago area and another in British Columbia.
This role is ideal for an experienced Plant Controller or a strong Senior Accountant ready to step into leadership. The position requires travel to the Canadian plant twice per month for 3-day visits during the first year. A key goal will be to help automate plant-level accounting, reducing the need for frequent travel over time.Key Responsibilities
