Hematologist/Oncologist opening in Longview, TX 120 miles from Dallas; 65 miles from Shreveport, LA Details:

• FT, permanent position
• Join an esteemed Hematology/Oncology Team, a pioneering force in delivering exceptional multidisciplinary cancer care. With deep roots in the community, we are proud to usher in a new era of cancer treatment for East, Texas with the opening of our state-of-the-art Cancer Treatment Center in Fall 2026. This cutting-edge facility will feature approximately 32 infusion chairs overlooking a tranquil green park and healing garden, 18 exam rooms, and an on-site lab for convenient blood draws. The center will also be equipped with a two LINAC s to deliver external beam irradiation, a dedicated area to deliver theragnostic molecules, a 3.0 Tesla MRI, and PET Scanner.
Northeast Texas faces a significant need for advanced cancer treatment services, making this role vital to supporting and improving the health of the growing community. • Full Time Position
• 20% Hematology / 80% Oncology Expected
• Call: Shared
• This position will primarily operate out of CHRISTUS Good Shephard Hospital and the Cancer Treatment Center (once operational in 2026)

Compensation & Benefits:
• Two-Year Guarantee - $700,000

Qualifications:
• Board-certified or board-eligible in Hematology/Oncology
• Must also possess an unrestricted Texas Medical License or be eligible to be licensed in the state of Texas
