ZoomCare is seeking a **Family Nurse Practitioner** or **Physician Assistant** to join our dynamic team! Come develop your skills with ongoing support from our medical leadership team! **Total earning potential of $200,000+** , including a competitive base salary of $135,000-$150,000 with additional compensation through our RVU-based bonus model, 401k match, sign on bonus, relocation assistance and shift differentials. **COMPENSATION** + Total earning potential of $200,000+ Base Salary $135,000 - $150,000; depending on experience and based on 34 hours worked per week + Opportunity for additional pay through shift differentials, floating incentives, and ability to pick up additional shifts + RVU-based bonus model with no cap on earning potential + Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance for eligible roles + 401K with 4% employer match + Medical, Dental, Vision benefits + Paid Time Off of 4 weeks plus 1 week for CME + Paid Holidays, Paid Parental Leave, Paid Sabbatical + State License, DEA, BLS and one professional organization of your choice (AANP or AAPA) Reimbursement, $2,500 annual CME Allowance + 1 week off for CME, UpToDate Membership and Medical Malpractice Insurance + All benefits dependent on role and eligibility **SCHEDULE AND TRAINING** + Work Per Diem Sundays 9am - 6pm + Unmatched work life balance with no admin days and no on call time. + Scheduled appointments - no staying late to work through a waiting room full of patients. + Clinic positions require a two-week training period, during which you will travel to various clinics in the area. Your schedule during training may differ from your standard clinic schedule. + Depending on the position and associated requirements, there may be additional mandatory training requirements that are outside of your scheduled shift. **CLINIC LOCATION** + ZoomCare Bothell clinic: 24118 Bothell Everett Hwy #200, Bothell, WA 98021 **ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS** _Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions._ + Provide a rewarding mix of care including preventive care, illness and injury diagnostic, wellness exams and procedures. + Practice in state-of-the-art neighborhood clinics with a well-organized practice model. + Provide evidence-based medical care. + Practice confidently with on-demand access to a Physician. **QUALIFICATIONS** + Physician Assistant: Master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies with certification by the NCCPA **OR** Family Nurse Practitioner: Master of Science in Nursing - Family Nurse Practitioner + Must have at least 1-2 years of experience post-graduation working in urgent care, primary care, or emergency care. + Experience seeing patients of all ages. + Eligible to participate in the Medicare program. + Must be able to demonstrate 2000 hours of work experience at the time of job offer. **WORKING CONDITIONS** + Standing for long periods of time + Fit tested for an N-95 mask, must be clean shaven where the respirator seals to the face for fit testing or when wearing the respirator. + Must wear a mask as needed. + Clinical timelines and work volume / deadlines may require more than your scheduled hours per week or work outside of regular business hours to complete essential duties of this job. + Ability and willingness to move to a different clinic location based on business needs. _ZoomCare is committed to the safety and wellbeing of our employees and patients.
