Home Care Peds RN
Will consist of one visit per shift, patients will be mostly on trachs and vents at home. Travel to homes up to 1 hour from facility. THIS IS A DEDICATED PEDS HOME HEALTH POSITION- WILL NOT BE AT THE FACILITY.
