Organizational Psychologist – Research Proposal Organizational psychologist responsible for designing and evaluating workplace programs, assessing employee performance, and facilitating organizational development and change. Key Responsibilities Analyze data using statistical methods and applications to evaluate the outcomes and effectiveness of workplace programs. Assess employee performance and observe/interview workers to gather data on job requirements and satisfaction. Write reports on research findings to contribute to general knowledge and suggest improvements in organizational functioning. Facilitate organizational development and change initiatives. Identify training and development needs for employees. Provide consultation and advice to supervisors, peers, and subordinates; interpret the meaning of information and establish interpersonal relationships. Organize, plan, prioritize work, interact with computers, evaluate quality, and communicate findings. Required Abilities Oral comprehension – the ability to listen and understand information. Oral expression, written comprehension, written expression. Deductive reasoning – applying general rules to specific problems.
