We are seeking an Oracle Developer 6i Forms to join our team.

This role will involve developing, customizing, and implementing Oracle Forms applications to support complex business workflows. The ideal candidate will have experience in Oracle Forms 6i, PL/SQL programming, and workflow automation with a passion for delivering high-performance enterprise applications.

Job Description:

Trilyon, Inc. is seeking a skilled Oracle Developer 6i Forms to design and develop custom Oracle Forms applications based on evolving user and business requirements. The Oracle Developer 6i Forms will play a key role in building efficient workflows, maintaining system integrity, and ensuring seamless data integration across various modules.

As an Oracle Developer 6i Forms , you will be responsible for developing and implementing workflows associated with catalog items, improving system functionality, and optimizing performance. This position requires strong analytical skills, in-depth understanding of Oracle technologies, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable and scalable solutions.

The Oracle Developer 6i Forms will also be expected to troubleshoot issues, enhance existing modules, and support the transition to modern Oracle technologies while adhering to organizational standards and security best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, build, and maintain Oracle Forms 6i applications according to user and business requirements.

  • Develop custom forms to enhance business process efficiency and user experience.

  • Implement and configure workflows associated with catalog items and related processes.

  • Collaborate with business analysts and technical teams to gather requirements and provide robust solutions.

  • Develop and optimize PL/SQL packages, procedures, and triggers to ensure seamless database integration.

  • Perform system testing, debugging, and quality assurance to ensure error-free deployments.

  • Ensure application performance, scalability, and maintainability through efficient coding and documentation practices.

  • Participate in upgrades, migrations, and performance tuning initiatives.

  • Provide production support, troubleshoot incidents, and ensure timely issue resolution.

  • Maintain technical documentation, user guides, and release notes for all developed modules.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 6+ years of experience as an Oracle Developer , specializing in Oracle Forms 6i and PL/SQL .

  • Proven ability to design, build, and deploy custom Oracle Forms and reports .

  • Strong understanding of Oracle Database architecture, schema design, and performance tuning .

  • Experience implementing workflows and form-based automations.

  • Familiarity with Oracle Reports, SQL Developer, and version control tools .

  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
