A company is looking for a Mortgage Loan Underwriter, remote position. Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough analysis of mortgage loan files for compliance with guidelines Make independent and compliant loan decisions and document them in Encompass LOS Collaborate with processing staff to address underwriting deficiencies and maintain service standards Required Qualifications Minimum of 5+ years of recent residential mortgage underwriting experience 6+ years of mortgage industry experience Ability to underwrite mortgage loan files for agency compliance and investor guidelines Certifications such as FHA DE and / or VA LAPP / SAR are highly preferred Experience with Jumbo loans and manual underwriting is preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr VirtualVocations
