Position Summary Responsible for performing functions associated with all manufacturing and/or system operations, such as working with engineers and manufacturing in set-up and calibration tasks, system support, preventative maintenance, failure analysis, documenting/following standard operating procedures, as well as performing rework and quality testing related to the process and production of memory chips and logic. Uses sophisticated programs to collect and evaluate operating data to conduct in-line adjustments to products, instruments, equipment, or processes. Determines and may assist in developing methods and procedures to control or modify the manufacturing process. Requires compliance with all health, safety and environmental management system guidelines.
Role and Responsibilities In this role as a Process Technician, you'll be responsible for performing:
• Change Point Management (CPM)/System Maintenance: Follows standard operating procedures to ensure equipment/ processes/systems are running effectively.
• Troubleshooting: Conducts failure analysis and follows scripts to troubleshoot and anticipate future failures.
• Monitor Equipment/Process: Monitors equipment and processes in current state and proactively looks for ways to improve processes.
• Teamwork and Communication: Able to work well in a team environment and effectively communicate throughout organization.
Skills and Qualifications The successful candidate will evidence:
\n - Associates degree or other technical certification. Experienced Pharmacy Tech, Dental Assistant or other medical technologist (external equivalent). or 4 years equivalent technical Military service.
\n - Familiarity with SPC methods and implementation
\n - Highly capable in MS Word, Excel and Power Point
\n - Ability to quickly learn new systems and adapt to procedure changes also required.
\n - Strong communication, teamwork, analytical and problem solving skills
\n - Focused on continuous improvement in fast-paced, changing environment
\n - Familiar with TPM concepts
\n - Detail and task oriented and place high value on customer service, team work and flexibility.
\n - Ability to meet due dates for action items
\n - Ability to adhere to SOPs.
\n - Reliable and punctual
\n - Ability to work off-hours if necessary
\n - Electro-mechanical aptitude, Basic understanding of hand tools, pneumatics, and electricity

The current base salary range for this role is between $18.60/hour - $60.40/hour. Individual base pay rates will depend on factors including duties, work location, education, skills, qualifications and experience. Total compensation for this position will include a competitive benefits package and may include participation in company incentive compensation programs, which are based on factors to include organizational and individual performance.
Night Shifts Include: B Shift - Sunday through Tuesday (6:45pm - 7:15am) with alternating Saturdays
D Shift - Wednesday through Friday (6:45pm - 7:15am) with alternating Saturdays
