Job Description

Our client, the material handling and manufacturing industry, is seeking a Material Handlers Lawncare Industry 1st Shift to join their team. As a Material Handlers Lawncare Industry 1st Shift, you will be part of the operations team supporting production and safety initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Material Handlers Lawncare Industry 1st Shift

Location: Germantown, WI

Pay Range: $20.00

Shift: 1st shift 

What's the Job?

• Assist with scraping, sweeping, shoveling, and stacking bags to support production processes
• Maintain the flow through shakers by breaking up material to prevent bridging
• Perform housekeeping duties to ensure work areas are clean and safe ability to work indoors and outdoors 
• Monitor and report equipment issues to maintenance personnel
• Support small bag line operations and restacking pallets as needed

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or GED
• Entry-level experience preferred
• Ability to follow safety practices diligently
• Ability to work in dusty environments and various weather conditions
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work on ladders or on their feet for extended periods
