Job Description
A growing organization is seeking a proactive and strategic Marketing Programs Specialist to lead and manage industry tradeshow participation and drive engagement through both online and offline marketing efforts. This role will focus on planning and executing high-impact events, workshops, and campaigns that support product positioning and brand awareness. The ideal candidate will work closely with marketing leadership and global colleagues to deliver measurable business results while managing collateral development and marketing communications.
Key responsibilities include identifying and leveraging opportunities at industry tradeshows, virtual events, and webinars; creating marketing materials and presentations; implementing multi-channel campaigns; managing media plans and editorial calendars; and collaborating with regional marketing teams to shape overall strategies. The role also involves tracking program success and ROI, managing external partners, and maintaining lead generation activities within Salesforce. Candidates should have a BA/BS degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, with at least 2 years of experience in medical device marketing and marketing events/communications. Healthcare or medical device industry experience is a strong plus, along with fluency in Spanish on technical medical topics. Strong organizational, creative, and analytical skills are essential, as is proficiency with marketing software such as Salesforce and digital marketing tools. The ability to travel to and participate in relevant tradeshows is required.
