Requirements

Position Overview

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This is primarily a work-from-home position , offering flexibility while staying connected to a collaborative team committed to excellence. Youll play a vital role in supporting our marketing initiatives across print, digital, events, and social media.

Responsibilities

• Develop engaging marketing materials to promote Tilson Homes and its services.
• Manage website updates, create compelling social media content, and execute targeted email campaigns.
• Coordinate events, including home tours, expos, and community gatherings, to enhance brand visibility.
• Track and analyze campaign performance, providing insights to optimize future initiatives.
• Collaborate with various teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across platforms.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Marketing or a related field with 12 years of marketing experience, OR at least 5+ years of experience in residential home sales or marketing.
• Strong understanding of digital and traditional marketing tools.
• Familiarity and willingness to learn more about social media platforms, email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp), and CRM/CMS systems.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, graphic design principles, and marketing analytics.
• Excellent writing, proofreading, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to juggle multiple projects while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated team player who can also work independently and shows initiative.

Additional Requirements

• Strong understanding of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
• Availability to travel as needed to attend events and visit our Design Centers across Texas.
