Job Description

Actively seeking a Legal Marketing & Content Strategy Manager for a FULL TIME & Hybrid Role . The position is fit for a candidate who has 7+ years of Marketing & Content related experience, preferably with experience within a Law or Professional Services Firm, with strong writing, verbal, and editing skills REQUIRED.

HOURS: Monday – Friday, 9:30 AM - 5:30 PM EST

SCHEDULE | LOCATION: HYBRID | New York, NY

SALARY: $165 - $170K (Commensurate w/Experience) + Discretionary Bonus

IDEAL CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's Degree REQUIRED
• Experience in a law firm PREFERRED
• Excellent drafting, editing and proofreading skills
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (e.g., Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
• 7+ Years of Marketing, Content, and Strategy related experience REQUIRED

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee firm-level marketing strategy, ensuring brand consistency across collateral
• Develop and execute related campaigns.
• Manage editorial standards, including brand voice, quality control, and best practices
• Create and publish content ensuring alignment across all relevant firm communication channels
• Analyze and report on market trends and competitor activity
• Collaborate with senior brand, digital and content manager to develop and support publication processes and workflows for client alerts, awards and rankings announcements
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and brand guidelines across all editorial content
• Measure, track, and report on campaign ROI/KPIs.
