Job Description Job Description We are hiring an experienced General Equipment Operator to support industrial manufacturing operations in Victorville, CA. This is a full-time position with day and night shifts available, including weekends. This is not a warehouse role —we are seeking candidates with strong manufacturing backgrounds who can work safely and efficiently in a high-heat, fast-paced environment with heavy production equipment and molten metals. Responsibilities Operate and monitor cast house equipment. Support the production of secondary billets. Rotate through and learn multiple production areas to maintain workflow. Follow strict safety procedures and quality standards at all times. Perform routine equipment checks, adjustments, and basic troubleshooting. Operate sit-down forklifts to move materials and maintain safe inventory flow. Work efficiently in a demanding, fast-paced production environment. Required Qualifications Minimum 5 years of industrial manufacturing experience. Minimum 5 years of sit-down forklift experience. Ability to work quickly, safely, and efficiently in a high-heat production setting. Not seeking warehouse or forklift-only backgrounds. Must have true manufacturing experience.
