LPN/RN Private Duty In Home Care

RNS Private Duty Care

$28 - $30 hourly

Are you an LPN or RN overwhelmed with the stress of working in a facility?

RNS is a locally owned and managed home healthcare company. We service high-end clients in the Kansas City area. We are seeking caring, dependable, team-oriented individuals We believe the discipline it takes to complete certification as an LPN and/or RN builds strong-minded, patient-driven, reliable healthcare providers. We are a caregiver-driven company, seeking LPN/RN's to utilize their problem-solving skill set to assist in the growing community of Dementia & Alzheimer's patients. Full time/Part time/PRN available.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited school and currently licensed as an LPN or RN
• Licensed driver with a clean driving record.
• Vehicle that is currently insured in accordance with state and/or RNS' policies
• Cellphone with internet and texting capabilities and cell phone skills.
• Daily access to RNS' email.
• Knowledge of the English language.
• Complete all physical and mental demands for described position.

Responsibilities:

• Provides care agreed upon by client or client's family and RNS case manager.
• Ability to establish and maintain harmonious relations with the client, client's family, team members.
• Complies with RNS' policies and procedures including standards of conduct and work ethics, HIPAA policy, dress code, weekend and holiday availability policies
• Assistance with activities of daily living - monitoring Alzheimer's & dementia clients; vital signs; patient transfers, fall risks, bathing, home tasks, documentation, med management, pain management. Transportation and errands as needed for client.
• CPR certified or certification within 90 days of hire
• Current TB test or tested within 90 days of hire.
• Responsible for working all assigned shifts and for finding replacement for shift when needed.

Job Type: Part-time/Full-Time/PRN

Work authorization: United States (Required)
