Job Description AG Globe Services is seeking a local contract Cath Lab Technologist for a local contract job in Lynwood, California. Job Description & Requirements ~ Specialty: Cath Lab Technologist ~ Discipline: Allied Health Professional ~ Duration: 13 weeks ~36 hours per week ~ Shift: 12 hours, days ~ Employment Type: Local Contract Cath Lab Tech Local Hospital seeking Cath Lab Tech’s Location: Lynwood, CA- Locals accepted! Pay rate: $72/hour – locals Travelers welcome! Stipend will be provided Shift: Days 12hr shifts Use electrocardiography (EKG) equipment to help detect issues with the heart or blood vessels, taking patient medical histories, and assisting doctors with other tasks as needed during procedures. You will aid physicians and other cardiovascular experts with catheter insertion, a minimally invasive procedure applied to some cardiology patients. Technicians are also responsible for monitoring patients’ vital signs during any cardiological procedure, including pacemaker insertion or replacement. Cath Lab techs also help with fluid administration, which refers to the liquids like blood and plasma stored in small tubes and other containers that are measured and used for testing a patient’s heart and circulatory system. Requirements: • BLS • ARRT • At least 2 recent years of Cath Lab Tech experience Please submit your resume for immediate consideration!
