Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Household manager and personal assistant for elderly gentleman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cleanliness and a commitment to providing exceptional service in a residential household environment. We are looking for 1 candidate to work with our existing live-in housekeeper to work on rotating shifts responsible for the order and cleanliness of a 2,000 sq ft house located on a horse farm in Williston, FL. Also responsible for upkeep of family dog, driving company car, limited meal preparation, and some travel.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by responding to homeowner requests and inquiries in a friendly manner.
• Live at the employer's home 24/7 with use of a company vehicle. All food is provided at this home or while working away from the employer's home.
• Perform thorough cleaning of bedrooms, hallways, and common areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness are met.
• Drive elderly gentleman and dog to appointments and local restaurants
• Perform laundry services as required, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothes.
• Provide reminders for daily medication
• Feed dog and take dog outside for bathroom breaks.
• Stock kitchen with groceries and condiments.
• Empty wastebaskets and take out trash.
• Wash dishes and put dishes away in cupboards.
• Clean up after pets.
• Clean toilets and bathrooms
• Prepare light meals and drinks
• Coordinate cleaning and upkeep of 2 vehicles
• Limited travel is required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial services is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Excellent time management skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently within designated timeframes.
• A positive attitude with a commitment to providing outstanding hospitality experience
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks associated with cleaning duties.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $ $18.33 per hour
