Salary: $32-$40/hour

Nex Level Behavioral Health and Addiction Services provides compassionate, evidence-based treatment for individuals navigating mental health and substance use challenges. We are expanding our team of professionals to help meet the growing needs of our community.

Position Summary:
We are seeking licensed mental health professionals (LSW, LPC, MFT, LISW, LPCC, LIMFT) to join our team as Contracted Therapists . This position offers flexibility, competitive pay, and the opportunity to work in a supportive, client-centered environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individual, group, or family therapy to clients with mental health and/or substance use diagnoses
• Complete diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes in a timely manner
• Collaborate with internal teams and external providers to ensure continuity of care
• Maintain client confidentiality and documentation in compliance with agency, state, and Medicaid standards
• Attend supervision (if applicable) and periodic team meetings

Qualifications:

• Must hold an active Ohio license (LSW, LPC, MFT, LISW, LPCC, or LIMFT)
• Strong clinical documentation and time management skills
• Experience with EMR systems preferred
• Familiarity with Medicaid or managed care documentation standards is a plus
• Professional liability insurance required
