Licensed Therapist Role – Mental Health Counseling in New York

Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Compensation: $115,000–$120,000 annually + full benefits

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct mental health assessments and therapy sessions
• Implement treatment plans and adjust them as needed
• Coordinate care with a team of clinicians and referral partners
• Document clinical activities promptly and professionally
• Participate in regular peer consultations

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or similar
• Current NY state license (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT)
• 2+ years of counseling experience
• Well-organized and confident with clinical decision-making
• Understanding of trauma or dual diagnosis is beneficial
