Bay Property Management Group (BMG) Northern Virginia is seeking a motivated Leasing Agent to join our fast-growing team! This role is ideal for sales-driven, self-motivated professionals who want the freedom to manage their own schedule while building a career in real estate.
As a Leasing Agent, you’ll market, show, and lease a portfolio of apartments and single-family homes throughout Northern Virginia . This is a commission-only position with the opportunity to earn $900 per signed lease —no cap on your income.
