About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and reliable Licensed Esthetician to join our spa team. In this role, you will provide professional skincare services, ensure client satisfaction, and maintain a welcoming and organized treatment environment. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping clients achieve their skincare goals while working in a team-focused setting.
Key Responsibilities
Perform facials and other esthetic treatments according to spa standards
Recommend skincare products and routines tailored to each client
Maintain clean and organized treatment rooms
Follow all sanitation, safety, and operational protocols
Provide attentive and friendly customer service
Support team members and contribute to a positive spa atmosphere
Requirements
Active esthetician license with physical proof
Knowledge of skincare products, treatments, and techniques
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Positive, professional attitude and ability to work as part of a team
Availability to work weekends
Compliance with spa dress code
