Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and creative Kitchen & Bath Designer/Sales Consultant to join our growing team. This role blends design expertise with relationship-driven sales. You will guide clients from their first showroom visit through project completion—helping them visualize, design, and purchase kitchens and baths that transform their homes.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients in the showroom, build relationships, and qualify needs

• Design functional, creative layouts using CAD software

• Create 3D designs for clients using Chief Architect

• Present cabinetry, finishes, fixtures, and materials tailored to client goals and budgets

• Prepare proposals, close sales, and manage projects through the handoff to installation

• Collaborate with CAD designers, contractors, and project managers to ensure smooth execution

• Stay current on design trends, product lines, and remodeling best practices

• Achieve individual sales targets while contributing to overall team success

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in kitchen/bath design, interior design, or related industry (preferred)

• Strong eye for design and space planning

• Proficiency with CAD/design software (training available if needed)

• Excellent communication, listening, and presentation skills

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail

• Ability to manage multiple projects at once and meet deadlines

• Motivated self-starter who thrives in a client-facing, consultative sales role

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary plus commission on closed sales

• Earning potential $90,000–$150,000+ annually depending on performance
