In this role, you’ll be a key creative partner in shaping engaging, brand-aligned visual content that resonates with millions across our digital ecosystem. You'll collaborate with a high-performing team to bring our brand to life in meaningful and memorable ways.

Skills

Have best-in-class visual design abilities with proven experience in various forms of storytelling
Have a portfolio that showcases creative executions and design solutions
Experience and fluency with social media content creation and platforms is a huge plus
Ability to work within established brand guidelines
Have a strong point of view on social media creative and are skilled at backing up your designs with solid rationale
Produce cutting-edge creative work, and a high-level understanding of design, including typography and layout
Can show your design savvy through best practices and trends worldwide
You’re strategic, humble, curious, and driven to be part of a high-performing team, bringing the brand to life across all owned digital channels
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
Self-starter, can operate independently, with speed and meets deadlines
Understand the business and communication objectives, goals and challenges, and use them as a guide through projects
Communicate concepts and iterate on designs/experiences quickly
Gather ongoing insights and learnings as a means to continually improve upon work
Experience with animation is a huge plus, but not required

Qualifications

3–5+ years as a graphic designer, or visual storytelling individual contributor in an agency or corporate environment
BA/BS degree in Design (e.g., interaction, graphic, visual communications, social) or equivalent work experience
Fluency in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Figma
Experience sourcing and curating stock photography
Comfortable working within brand guidelines
