Position Overview Reporting to the Technical Services Supervisor, the Technical Support Specialist is responsible for providing technical support for both in-office and remote employees. Key Responsibilities Provide direct technical support for Apple MacBooks, iPhones, and iPads. Assist with technology accessories (keyboard, mouse, printer, etc.). Support and resolve technical issues for users working both in the office and remotely. Document procedures and submit for knowledge base creation. Required Technical Skills Basic understanding of Apple MacBooks, iPhones, and iPads. Basic knowledge of how WIFI works. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office. Ability to prioritize tasks. Ability to work in the office M-F, 8:30am-5:00pm.
