Responsibilities Administer and support Microsoft 365 applications, including Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, and Entra ID. Oversee and optimize Windows Server and Hyper‑V environments to ensure stability and performance. Deliver comprehensive IT support to end‑users across multiple levels. Utilize automation tools such as PowerShell and Intune to streamline operational processes. Assist in the configuration and deployment of technical infrastructure. Requirements Minimum of 3 years’ experience working with IT systems and infrastructure. Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite, Windows Server administration, and virtualization technologies. Proven track record in providing user support from first to third line. Foundational knowledge of networking principles. Practical experience with scripting languages, preferably PowerShell. Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of German is considered an advantage.
