Inventory Specialist

W2 Contract 4+ Months

$20-24/hr

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory Specialist to join our manufacturing team in Valencia, CA. This role is essential in maintaining accurate inventory records for raw materials, sub-assemblies, and finished goods. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, experience with ERP systems (preferably Oracle), and a commitment to operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily cycle counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Approve and process Account Alias transactions.
• Reconcile physical inventory with system records and investigate discrepancies.
• Issue and stock parts as needed.
• Maintain organized storage areas for all inventory categories.
• Communicate effectively with Warehouse Leads, Production Supervisors, and Management.
• Support internal audits and comply with audit policies.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• 2+ years of inventory or warehouse experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in Oracle ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
