Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking an Inventory Control Coordinator to join their team. As an Inventory Control Coordinator, you will be part of the operations team supporting the inventory management process. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a collaborative spirit, and a keen attention to detail which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Inventory Control Coordinator

Location: Warrandale, PA

Pay Range: $22/hr

Shift: Daylight

What's the Job?

• Lead daily inventory activities in the VLM storage units, ensuring parts availability for production and addressing any discrepancies.
• Work with ERP systems while applying knowledge of inventory control best practices.
• Maintain VLM inventory accuracy and assist with daily cycle count inventory activities.
• Pick items for Production Orders in a timely manner and monitor the progress of scheduled production orders.
• Communicate Material Transfer requirements for VLM and Production Orders to Warehouse personnel.

What's Needed?

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Knowledge of inventory control best practices.
• Strongly demonstrated verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively as a team member and independently.
• Demonstrated experience working with an ERP system (i.e., Syteline, SAP, Oracle, etc.).
