We are seeking an Intern-Marketing Creative & Design to join our growing team! You will be responsible for preparing digital content for our social media feeds, analyzing performance and trend analytics, and assisting with design creation for our luxury residential brokers and new construction communities. An in-office opportunity to work on location in our 3 Charlotte area brokerage offices. 

• Maintain and generate weekly social media posts with real estate and lifestyle content
• Perform analysis of engagement, interaction, and reach
• Develop and implement innovative marketing campaigns to assist real estate brokers in luxury space
• Assist senior design staff in the creation of branding print and direct mail promotions
• Deploy AI strategies to enhance content, design, and performance

​ Qualifications:

• Graphic Design and/or Digital Media related major with junior level or higher curriculum completed 
• Social media competency required
• Business writing/copy writing experience a plus
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work well in teams

Compensation, Hours, and Location:

• We are seeking part time paid interns for 120 day assignments, work study allowed, flexible hours
• Location: 3 opportunities, our Mooresville, Cornelius, and SouthPark offices
• These are "in office" positions
• Flexible hours M-F, generally 10am - 2pm or later but can accommodate some classroom conflicts
• July - October internship ability to start immediately
