Inside Sales Representative to join their team based in

Duties and Responsibilities: - Generates leads from each geography and client segment using the tools provided: Click2Sell, Construct Connect, Construction Wire, and CRM.
- Makes initial phone calls to qualify leads as prospects and identities and assigns the best step for follow-up (CRM 12-step cycle, appointment with outside rep, subsequent call).
- Sets appointments for outside reps with qualified prospects.
- Keeps and owns leads with less than $5k in opportunity per year.
- Handles inbound sales leads from both online and phone.
- Manages the flow and adherence to the New Account Process.
- Owns all “new accounts” to ensure full adoption to the buying account.
- Assists the outside field sales reps:
- Monitors quote follow-up and reports out.
- Assists outside reps with requested materials post-meeting (samples, etc.)
- Completes and maintains personal dashboard.
- Identifies opportunities for improvement and makes changes to activities to ensure all metrics are achieved.
- Assist the Director of Business Development with Sales and Marketing activities as needed.
Customer Communication and Follow-Up: - Sells company products and services via telephone and email
- Identifies good/bad prospects quickly and move forward
- Provides superior customer service by promptly responding to customer inquiries and following up as needed.
- Maintains regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or questions they may have.
- Assists in revenue generation efforts by identifying opportunities for upselling and cross selling our products and services.
