Job Description

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HRIS Analyst to join our team and support the day-to-day performance, maintenance, and evolution of our Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) system. In this role, you'll partner with senior HRIS staff and HR stakeholders to resolve JIRA tickets, streamline processes, and ensure a seamless Workday experience across multiple modules.

What You’ll Do:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve JIRA tickets related to the Workday HR Suite.
  • Execute end-to-end testing of enhancements, updates, and technical projects across Workday modules such as Core HR, Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, Talent Management, and Payroll.
  • Develop, maintain, and improve test scripts and documentation.
  • Log and analyze test results in JIRA, ensuring issues are tracked and resolved efficiently.
  • Support Workday release testing, including maintaining and executing regression test cases.
  • Update training materials and job aids to reflect system changes and improvements.
  • Build and maintain Workday reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights.
  • Conduct audits of employee data, focusing on onboarding and new hires.
  • Assist in training and communication efforts related to HRIS processes.
  • Take on additional tasks and projects as needed to support the HRIS function.

What You Bring:

  • 2+ years of hands-on Workday experience.
  • Solid understanding of the employee lifecycle and core HR processes.
  • Proficiency with JIRA and familiarity with system testing best practices.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and cross-functionally within HR and IT teams.
  • Experience with report creation, documentation, and data reconciliation.

Education & Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Equivalent professional experience will also be considered.
