Job Description

We are looking for a reliable, honest, and detail-oriented house cleaner for a long-term arrangement. About the Home:

• 1,400 sq ft townhome
• 2 adults 1 friendly cat
• 2.5 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms
• Located in the West End, 23233

Schedule:

• Twice per month
• 2nd and 4th Mondays at 10:00 a.m.
• Each visit focuses on half the home (alternating upstairs/downstairs)

Pay:

• $24/hr cash during a 3–4 visit trial period
• If both sides are happy, we will move to a long-term arrangement:

• $35/hr on I-9 (official payroll)
• Willing to help offset first-year liability insurance/bonding costs

Requirements:

• Must be punctual, honest, and reliable
• Comfortable using our pet-friendly cleaning products
• For long-term contract: liability insurance bond
• Comfortable working independently in a quiet, orderly home

First Visit (No cleaning):

• Brief interview meet and greet
• Walkthrough of the home and tasks
• If we both feel it’s a good fit, we schedule the first paid trial clean
