Job Summary:

We are seeking a responsible, organized, and compassionate Live-In House Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our residential home(s) and ensure a safe, structured, and supportive environment for our clients. This role is ideal for someone who is highly dependable, has strong interpersonal skills, and is comfortable managing a household while living on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Oversight: Monitor and support clients in their daily activities, ensuring rules and routines are followed.

  • New Client Intake: Complete intake paperwork, gather necessary documentation, and ensure new residents are welcomed and oriented properly.

  • Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate records, logs, and reports related to clients, house operations, and incidents.

  • Household Management: Oversee cleanliness, maintenance, and general order of the home. Ensure supplies are stocked and chores are completed.

  • Policy Enforcement: Uphold and enforce house rules in a fair and consistent manner.

  • Crisis Management: Respond to emergencies or behavioral issues calmly and appropriately, escalating as needed.

  • Communication: Coordinate with staff, supervisors, and outside agencies as required.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in residential programs, social services.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries.

  • Basic computer skills (email, data entry, document management).

  • Must pass background check.

  • Valid drivers license preferred.
