About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Petroleum Engineering to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and refinement of basin-wide models, managing engineering processes, and curating underwriting methodologies and assumptions. This role involves overseeing both on- and off-shore teams to ensure the continuous improvement of the company's proprietary technology platform, which is designed to systematically underwrite and manage a high volume of real assets investment deals. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in both reservoir and A&D across multiple basins, with experience in various industry technologies. Applicants for the Head of Petroleum Engineering position at the company should have a minimum of 7-10 years of experience in the field. The role requires a professional who can effectively lead and manage teams, as well as contribute to the strategic development of the company's engineering practices. A deep understanding of industry technologies such as AERIES, ComboCurve, and PHDwin is essential. A degree in petroleum engineering or a related field is a prerequisite for this role.
