At BusRight, we believe that safe, efficient, and reliable transportation is the key to unlocking educational opportunities for every child. As our first Growth Content Writer, you’ll help shape how we tell our story by creating high-impact, human-centered content that brings our mission and vision to life. As BusRight’s Growth Content Writer, you’ll craft the copy that fuels our demand generation efforts, from outbound email cadences and customer newsletters to case studies and event-driven communications. You’ll collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Customer Experience teams to ensure BusRight’s messaging is polished, measurable, and aligned to pipeline impact. This is an ideal role for an experienced Growth Content Writer with exceptional attention to detail, who wants to grow within a fast-paced, high-impact environment. This is a hands-on role for someone who wants to write content that directly influences revenue outcomes while building the foundation of BusRight’s marketing function. Compensation is competitive and flexible based on experience. You’ll work closely with your department teammates, including Natashia (Senior Events Coordinator), and report directly to Abby (Senior Marketing Lead). Architect templated email frameworks for all event-driven communications, including webinar invites, in-person event promotions, conference follow-ups, and customer facing product announcements. A Day in the Life Start your morning reviewing draft newsletters and campaign performance with the Senior Marketing Lead. Collaborate with Sales to refine outbound cadence copy and tailor messaging for Transportation Directors and key district stakeholders. Jump into a call with the Senior Events Coordinator to finalize webinar invites, in-person event promotions, and conference follow-up cadences. Spend part of your afternoon drafting a customer case study, gathering quotes and metrics from the Customer Experience team to highlight measurable outcomes. Close the day by refreshing templates or finalizing copy for product updates, ensuring every message is clear, on-brand, and tied to pipeline outcomes. Why This Role Matters Ensuring every prospect and customer-facing written communication is polished, measurable, and tied directly to pipeline outcomes, resulting in higher demo booking rates and more efficient sales cycles. Equipping Sales with high-quality case studies, one-pagers, and collateral that accelerate trust and shorten the path from first meeting to BusRight partner.
