General Labor – Conveyor Belt Manufacturing

Join a company that produces custom conveyor belts used across various industries. This position involves hands-on work with both rubber and synthetic materials to finish and prepare products to exact specifications.

Responsibilities:

• Use hand tools to grind, buff, and cut finished belts as needed
• Operate a lathe machine to punch holes according to order specifications
• Read and interpret work orders and blueprints
• Take accurate measurements (to 1/16 inch)
• Handle materials and lift up to 50 lbs

Qualifications:

• Basic hand tool knowledge preferred
• Ability to read and follow measurements precisely - Will be required to take a measuring test
• Manufacturing experience a plus, but not required
• Comfortable working with physical tasks and lifting regularly
