We are seeking an experienced Global Program Manager to lead strategic enablement programs for internal channel teams and partner organizations worldwide. In this role, you will analyze learning needs, coordinate cross-functional teams, and manage complex programs from conception through delivery. You will work closely with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Partner teams to ensure initiatives are executed on time, within scope, and aligned to business goals. This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on program management, offering an opportunity to make a global impact in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment. Ideal candidates bring expertise in sales/revenue enablement, curriculum development, and global program delivery, with strong organizational and communication skills.
Accountabilities:
· Lead end-to-end management of core enablement programs, including global sales and partner initiatives.
· Analyze business and learning needs, recommending solutions that drive performance and business outcomes.
· Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure programs are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
· Develop and maintain program documentation, reports, and evaluation metrics to demonstrate impact and ROI.
· Partner with instructional designers to create and update learning content, including eLearning, webinars, micro-learning, and role-play exercises.
· Establish and manage relationships with subject matter experts and key stakeholders globally.
· Continuously assess and improve program management processes and best practices.
Requirements
· 5+ years of experience building and implementing enablement curriculums, or 2+ years as an internal enablement specialist.
· Experience in sales/revenue enablement within the IT/tech industry.
· Proven ability to manage global programs and collaborate with geographically and culturally diverse teams.
· Strong curriculum development and coordination experience in a sales or channel-focused environment.
· Familiarity with project/program management methodologies and tools (e.g., Monday.com).
· Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
· Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities; high-energy, motivated self-starter.
