General Manager Flooring Wholesale
Location: City of Industry, CA
Company: SLCC Flooring
We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our flooring wholesale company that oversees three locations and accounts throughout the US. The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations, drive sales growth, and manage a strong team while ensuring excellent customer service. Must have 8+ years of General Management experience and Industry experience is a plus++.
Responsibilities
Lead and motivate sales and operations staff
Manage inventory, purchasing, and distribution
Develop strategies to increase sales and market share
Oversee budgets, financial performance, and reporting
Maintain relationships with retailers, contractors, and distributors
Qualifications
Proven management experience in wholesale, distribution, or flooring/building materials
Strong leadership and team management skills
Knowledge of sales, inventory, and warehouse operations
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Financial and business management experience
