Work Monday-Friday , with flexible daytime hours (typically 7:00am-3:00pm, but start times vary). Enjoy autonomy with support , spending over 50% of your time outdoors in the fresh air, working solo or in pairs. Perfect for filling resume gaps or transitioning from construction, warehouse, hospitality, or retail roles.

Typical Schedule : Mon-Fri, daytime hours (7:00am-3:00pm, with early starts as needed, e.g., 5:00am)
Pay : $15.00-$20.00/hr (guaranteed $15/hr minimum, average earners hit $20+/hr with commissions, tips, and bonuses)
