Front Desk Agent - Hilton Motif Seattle (Finance)

The Hilton Motif Seattle is looking for its next Front Desk Clerk to join their dynamic team!

Located on 5th Avenue in the heart of downtown Seattle, this stylish boutique hotel is nestled between Pike Place Market and Union Street and is surrounded by the city's finest restaurants, shopping, entertainment venues, museums, and attractions. This sleek urban style hotel features amenities including a vibrant award-winning restaurant offering an extensive outdoor patio with sweeping city views, approximately 22,000 square feet of meeting space, and 319 newly redesigned rooms.

Classification: Full-Time

Shifts: Must be able to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Hourly Rate: $23.50 - $24.00, based on experience and location.

Qualifications: At least one year of customer service experience, a minimum of 6 months of hotel front desk experience, and schedule flexibility. Hilton experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist Front Office leadership with guest check-in and check-out.


2. Respond to guest inquiries promptly and courteously.


3. Provide directions to guests for local destinations.


4. Maintain high product knowledge of the hotel and local attractions.


5. Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure smooth operations.


6. Provide accurate information to guests and colleagues.
