Franchise Business Consultant - Raleigh Durham Culver Franchising System, LLC is looking for a dynamic, results-oriented Franchise Business Consultant (FBC) to support franchisees and growth in North Carolina. Responsibilities include guest service, new restaurant openings, financial results and ongoing leadership and advice to franchisees. Key functions are: Serve as liaison between CFS, suppliers and franchisees Provide leadership and advice on operations, cost control, safety, sanitation, product quality, training, and guest relations Ensure compliance with brand standards and FDD Manage restaurant openings and expansion support Support franchisees in meeting sales and guest satisfaction goals Represent company operations on committees and plan priorities to achieve business objectives Build respectful working relationships and adapt to different situations Requirements: Two-year college or university degree in related field and five years related experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience as a General Manager/District Manager in a multi-unit restaurant concept Ability to travel up to 80% of the time, including nights and weekend travel Excellent time management and organization skills Food Safety & Sanitation Certificate Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record Starting Pay Range: $90,000-$110,000, commensurate with experience.
