Additional Job Description Business Consultants are responsible for an assigned portfolio of Franchisees. They collaborate with Franchisees to set and achieve or exceed goals for their networks to drive the business in the areas of sales, profits, and network growth. Business Consultants focus on coaching and influencing Franchise organizations to deliver consistent and safe brand experience, same‑store comparable sales growth, and, where applicable, preparation for additional unit growth. Duties And Responsibilities Achieve the operations and business performance goals for their portfolio of Franchisees, as set by their regional operations leader. Facilitate annual planning and franchise business review with Franchisees to assess performance against previous goals and commitments, and align future priorities with franchisee to drive sales, profitability, and network growth while delivering a safe and consistent brand experience. Track and review ongoing data and analytics to guide Franchisee actions toward their goals, interpret data to provide coaching and recommendations, and monitor progress. Support Franchisees in understanding remodeling and new store build processes, align with construction team, monitor milestones, and hold Franchisee accountable for operational specifications, providing support throughout remodels and new store openings. Facilitate communications between Franchisee and cross‑functional partners to pursue safe brand experience, same‑store growth, and unit growth. Collaborate with the Field Marketing Team on operational initiatives and new marketing product and promotion rollouts; monitor and support local, DMA and regional marketing plans. Perform evaluations of restaurants as needed per the Franchisee Business Review process or other indicators. Partner with the Field Training Team to coordinate training support for the franchisee. Ensure effective use of G&A expenses within parameters set by regional leads. Complete all administrative functions and requirements of the position in a timely manner. Education Requirements Minimum: High School or GED Preferred: 4‑Year / Bachelor’s Degree Minimum Years Of Experience Preferred Minimum – 5 years in supervisory management or district level multi‑unit operations. Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities Good oral and written communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational skills – able to manage time, plan, and work independently with minimal supervision. Must be able to build credibility and trusting relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Able to develop and execute plans to drive results. Able to use data to inform decisions. Compliance orientation. Big‑picture orientation. Innovation and creativity. Travel Required Must be willing to travel to consult with the portfolio of franchisees based on the needs of the portfolio. Salary $94,645 – $185,786 per year The salary range above represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. Actual placement within this range will vary based on experience, education, training, and location.
