Job Description
Operate forklifts (stand-up/sit-down) safely and efficiently
Load and unload trucks, move product, and maintain organized racking
Support daily warehouse operations, inventory counts, and shipping/receiving
Assist with basic leadership tasks — as trust is earned, so are responsibilities
What We’re Looking For:
2+ years forklift experience (certification a plus)
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Comfortable in a fast-paced, team-focused environment
Desire to grow into a lead or supervisory role over time
