Job Summary

W e are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Forklift Operator to join our operations team. This role involves straightforward packaging line operations and essential warehouse support tasks. The technician will play a key part in the day-to-day handling, filling, labeling, and organization of materials within a clean, safety-focused environment.

Job Description

• Operate a simple automated filler to fill drums and totes.
• Label and package drums and totes accurately according to specifications.
• Ensure product quality standards are met during the packaging process.
• Transport materials to and from storage areas using a forklift or pallet jack.
• Stack goods in designated storage areas following inventory protocols.
• Load/unload goods from vehicles and secure loads for safe transport.
• Keep work area clean, organized, and safe at all times.
• Perform daily equipment checks and report any issues.
• Follow all safety procedures and promote a safe working environment.
• Work requires Filling, Labeling, Packaging, Material handling and Cleaning and workplace organization
• Shift: 4pm - 12pm M-F

Skills Required

• Comfortable operating simple machinery (e.g., automated filling lines).
• Good basic math, reading, and communication skills.
• Basic computer literacy may be required.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record (if driving is involved).
• Forklift certification in accordance with OSHA standards or willingness to obtain.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
• Proven ability to work in a team-oriented, safety-first environment.

Education

• Have a High School Diploma or GED.

Additional Requirements

• Up to 2 individuals may work on the filler at one time — one operating the machine, one on the forklift.
• This is a physical role that requires standing, lifting, and moving materials.
