Job Summary


Responsible for the daily inventory, receiving and distribution of supplies, equipment and/or instruments as directed by the department. Transports house-made products between multiple locations using an organization vehicle. Orders products and communicates with vendors and ordering systems.


Works with production staff and managers to coordinate par levels and product options according to location needs.


Monitors and controls product inventory, waste, and product usage.


Maintains, assists employees with, and communicates issues with register systems to manager.


Keeps locations cleanly, organized, and well-maintained for guest efficiency and use.


May undertake the procuring of rental equipment. Maintain inventory control procedures in order to maintain safety, quality and accuracy.


Familiarity with location of inventory in the department and throughout designated units.


Qualifications


High school diploma or equivalent preferred.


Plus two years of experience with Warehouse Inventory and/or Customer Service preferred.


Depending on location, a driver’s license may be required and must meet all medical guidelines for Sanford Health Category I, II or III drivers.
