A fast-expanding, high-performing service-based organization has partnered with Robert Half to hire a Financial Analyst . This role is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional seeking a dynamic position with senior-level exposure and involvement in enterprise-wide strategic projects.

Position Highlights:

• Reports into a collaborative FP& A team
• Regular interaction with senior leadership and regional teams
• Mix of reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and special projects

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial data across systems and streamline data flow between departments
• Design and manage dashboards and reports that deliver actionable business insights
• Respond to custom reporting requests with reconciliations and clear visual summaries
• Analyze P& Ls, revenue streams, and cost structures to assess regional performance
• Partner with FP& A leadership to evaluate business results and inform budget planning
• Identify financial variances and trends using historical data and forecasts
• Support budgeting and forecasting cycles while guiding regional teams through the process
• Create executive-ready financial decks and presentations for leadership and board meetings

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 2+ years of FP& A or corporate finance experience
• Advanced Excel skills (formulas, modeling, pivot tables)
• Experience working in a financial reporting or budgeting platform
